- Long term disability insurance - (60% of base pay). There is a 180 consecutive day elimination period. There is an own occupation disability definition for 60 months. There is no personal expense.
- Life insurance - coverage at 2 times annual stipend. Supplemental life insurance, dependent life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment plans are available at the resident’s expense.

- Tuition Reimbursement - 100% reimbursement for eligible course work when you receive a grade of C or better at accredited institutions. For eligible courses, the plan pays up to $3,000 per calendar year (full-time residents).
